The Relational Art of Making Healing Contact
In Gestalt Equine Psychotherapy, the client-horse relationship offers an opportunity for a genuine and authentic meeting, and can help a person explore the dynamics of how they make and break contact with themselves and with another being while in relationship.
During this session, we'll use a combination of demonstrations and experiential exercises to explore:
~ How horses can help heal attachment issues by exploring contact
~ Ways to deepen your understanding of movement of energy through the body
~ Practical ways to work with clients with relational issues and horses
