The 5 Question Model for
Equine Experiential Education (E3A)
Facilitation that Really Works
Horse activities without effective debrief questions are just a fun time in the arena!
Good questions and a structured facilitation system are at the heart of an effective Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) program that creates an environment for client learning and meeting your clients’ goals.
Linda Pucci, Ph.D. and PJ Stegen, Master Trainers for the Equine Experiential Education Association (E3A) will show you how to read the horse/human connection.
And use the Five Question Model to attain powerful learning opportunities for corporate, education or personal development clients.
- Why the Herd Paradigm holds the key to changing team or individual behavior
- What factors drive the results clients currently experience and how to partner with the horses to create change
- How to use the 5 Question Model meaningfully to create lasting client results outside the arena
- And, you'll have the opportunity to experience how five simple questions can move you toward your own "aha's"
We'll see you in the arena!
